Pterodactyl Squad elsewhere on the internet
Pterodactyl Squad's NESMETAL was recently interviewed on episode #203 of Digital Ensemble, a video game music and news radio show based out of Buffalo, New York. But lucky for you, the show is also available to listen to online. NESMETAL talks about the history and inspiration behind his music, and the hosts play a couple of tracks from his latest release, Void. Check out the show and NESMETAL's interview here.
The rad indie game video game show, Bytejacker continue to use Pterodactyl Squad tunes as background music, and you can hear some exerpts from A Pterodactyl Squad Compilation on their latest episode.

NESMETAL's Void and A Pterodactyl Squad compilation released
Today is a great day in the history of Pterodactyl Squad. Today we're releasing not one, but two brand new albums!
The first is PTE019, Void from NESMETAL:
"The prolific NESMETAL returns with his 4th release on Pterodactyl Squad, this his most dark and brooding work to date - Void. Inspired by the release of the retro-styled Mega Man 9 one year ago, NESMETAL decided to go back to basics, using simpler textures and rhythms to take his sound in a new direction. But fear not, the heavy metal themes and complex song structures still remain, making this release another truly interesting and original chapter in the tale of NESMETAL."
And next we have PTE020, a compilation full of brand new and unreleased tracks from the artists on Pterodactyl Squad. It features the likes of Lawrence Power, arcadecoma., Spheres of Chaos and Temp Sound Solutions, and spans the entire width and breadth of the 8-bit music scene with a myriad of different styles of sounds.
